SPONSOR CERTIFICATES

1. Your Sponsor must make an appointment with the pastor of the Church where he/she is registered in order to obtain a sponsor certificate.

2. The sponsor then needs to get the certificate to us.

•    The student or parent can bring this sponsor certificate to Mrs. Sousa on a class day

•   Or the certificate can be brought to the St. Michael’s rectory during office hours

3. If your sponsor belongs to St. Michael Parish the certificate can be left with Father Correia and he will pass it on to Mrs. Sousa.

DEADLINE FOR SPONSOR CERTIFICATES IS FEBRUARY 13

Requirements for being a sponsor:

1. Must be a Confirmed Catholic

2. If married, must be married in the Catholic Church

3. Must belong to a parish and attend Mass regularly
